Added collectable notes. Notes are associated with a particular jump power, and linked to a hidden target. When the target is hit with the required jump power, the notes will disappear.

The note symbols indicate roughly how long the jump key should be pressed down for.

In a future implementation, jumps will make a sound (pitch + length) based on their power.
